Haven Corporate Center
Haven Corporate Center is an eight-unit business condo complex in Rancho Cucamonga. The complex consists of two,
four-unit buildings. Each building has a lobby with an elevator to support the two-story design. Units range
from ~3,500 to ~8,000 square feet. The parking lot has 113 stalls. Between the two buildings is a well appointed court yard.
Located in Rancho Cucamonga, on Haven Avenue between Interstate 10 and Interstate 210, Haven Corporate Center
offers signage on Haven Avenue. It is convenient to three major Los Angeles freeways as Interstate 15 is also
close by. The complex is also less then four miles from the Ontario International Airport. Rancho Cucamonga
City Hall and Superior Court of California-San Bernardino County is approximately one-half mile to the north
of Haven Corporate center.
Several shopping centers are close by. Less than a mile to the north is the Terra Vista Town Center, with
several restaurants and shopping opportunities. A short drive to the east is Rancho Cucamongas Victoria Gardens, one of the
region’s major high-end life centers. Victoria Gardens has major department stores, restaurants and a cinema
complex. To the southeast is the Ontario Mills mega mall with a multitude of shopping and culinary choices.
In addition, Ontario Mills harbors two theater complexes totaling fifty-two theater screens.
